Mobile App Design Project
Indian River State College, 2017
One of the courses I took at IRSC in Spring ’17 was Visual Communications 2. In the course, one of our projects was a user experience design process – one I’m familiar with in developing events.
The process entails deciding who users are, what challenges users face, and how the product will help the user – then further how the user will interact with the product for optimum ease of use and understanding.
The project for this was to create an app called Insect Insanity. We were to gather all our research on the project and create a process book as we were developing the visuals for the project. This was a group project, in which the group conducted research together and decided on basic layout of the app, but the group was allowed to make design decisions as individuals.
